Comfortable beds and incredible cleanliness stood out during the stay. Had a brief hiccup with the reserved room, but the accommodating staff resolved it with a smile. The waffles at breakfast were a delightful highlight! The ice machine malfunctioned, which was a minor inconvenience. The overall experience was pleasant, and the value was commendable. I would definitely return.

The staff were super nice and housekeeping was great. I had a King Room with a jetted tub, and let me tell you, it felt luxurious after a long day.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the comfy beds. The location was also super convenient for exploring the nearby Red River Gorge. Didn't get to try the hotel breakfast much, but I’m sure the local spots have some tasty bites!

However, the whole non-smoking vibe is a bit of a fib. The nicotine stains and smells tell a different story. Also, I wasn't thrilled to find a dirty toilet upon arrival.

The shower's water pressure was fantastic, and the overall comfort of the space was perfect after a long day's travel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel very welcomed.

Just a good pick for a fleeting stay in West Liberty with great value for money. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, which made our stay better. If arriving at night, use GPS carefully. the hotel is tricky to find.

What a cozy surprise to walk into my room and find a nice jacuzzi tub waiting for me! I totally enjoyed relaxing by the pool and catching a movie in the lounge after a long day. The only downside was that the ice machine was broken, but that didn't really ruin my stay.
